Sound / Energy healer, Intuitive guide & A mother of 4, who found myself stuck in mum mode and my masculine energy far too often. I fell into the trap and archaic notion that self-sacrifice = "good mothering"
It left me drained and filled me with resentment. It was through self-awareness, healing and alignment i was able to call back my power, In doing so i realised if i can do it so can you. Every storm in my life, every obstacle i have encountered,
i overcame, gained strength and knowledge and deepened my connection to self.
This is what has led me down the path of becoming a sacred space holder and called me in to this line of work.
